Since our first concert in 1945, we’ve inspired millions of Australians with exceptional music, reaching hearts in classrooms, studios and concert halls across the nation. Along the way, we’ve helped create countless memories – moments that, through music, can be brought back to life in an instant.
Our 80th year serves as a powerful reminder of all we’ve accomplished together and we invite you commemorate this remarkable milestone by making a donation – in honour of your special memories with us and so that, together, we can continue to inspire, educate and create unforgettable experiences for more people, of all ages, across the breadth of this beautiful country.
And right now, your donation can go even further thanks to a small group of generous MVA donors who have committed to matching donations, dollar for dollar, to the value of $100,000 up until 30 June – doubling your impact!
Your generosity today will help ensure a music-rich future for all Australians, creating more impactful and lasting memories for generations to come, by supporting us to embed music education across the learning environment, offer enriching experiences for aspiring musicians and bring exceptional live music to audiences across the country.
- $80 – could subsidise attedance for eight students at a Musica Viva Australia In Schools performance
- $800 – could cover the costs of piano tuning at a concert
- $2,100 – could provide four Strike A Chord coaching sessions to a high school in a regional area
- $3,600 – could enable 12 teachers to complete our 3-month Music Education Skills for the Primary Classroom course
- $5,200 – could help support a regional tour, including workshops and community outreach activities
